We are constantly bombarded with tips and suggestions for living better lives. We often end up doing nothing due to being overwhelmed and unable to change our ways! Here are 10 simple and some not quite conventional tips to improve your health and well being.

1. Preparation:Preparation might not seem like a traditional health tip, but it really is the foundation on which to build good habits, which then determine your results. Studies show that in order for humans to be healthy and happy it is essential to create strong support networks and bonds. Making friends is good for our health!
